Workshop Reflection

The workshop impacted the direction my draft was heading in because my group members reinforced my outline, draft, and helped me determine what to configure and what to keep. Having the drafts of my group members before the workshop gave me enough time to review the drafts and know what I would advise my group members on, therefore not too much time was wasted during the workshop, for me, it was a productive process. The workshop better impacted the direction my draft was heading in because my group was organized well, we all shared similar approaches of a biographical profile in contrast to a study-specific profile because our scientists were prominent physicians in some field of advocacy. Being organized with members taking a similar approach to their profile made it easier to give and receive constructive advice. My conversation with my group helped me to reinforce my approach because I felt I had an appropriate outline and draft before the workshop, however, I did not want to write a substantial amount of my paper until having the peer view complete. Having my group members reaffirm the organization of my paper allowed me to stand by my original outline.
